Begin training in the Bell 206 Jet Ranger, this add-on program is ideal for pilots preparing for their first turbine aircraft, stepping into a new turbine platform, or looking to sharpen their turbine operating skills. Training focuses on turbine engine theory, systems, limitations, and real-world operating procedures that go beyond basic checkout flights. Our Turbine Transition expert and Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE) will make sure you get the best instruction possible when learning how to best operate turbine aircraft.

Through detailed ground instruction and scenario-based flight training (when applicable), you’ll learn proper engine start techniques, power management, performance planning, and abnormal procedures. By the end of the program, you’ll have a clear, repeatable process for operating turbine aircraft safely and professionally.
